**1. Know your target market and age group.**
A toy for a 2-year-old in Germany is not the same as a toy for a 6-year-old in California. Age grading affects small parts, warning labels, and testing requirements. Tell your supplier early. We ask this before we quote, because it changes everything.
**2. Prepare your compliance list.**

Photos and 3D drawings are useful, but a physical sample is better. Check the color, size, function, and feel. We send samples with clear photos and videos. If something needs adjustment, we revise before mass production.

Chinese New Year, peak season, and port congestion can affect delivery. Share your target arrival date. We work backward from that date to schedule molding, production, packing, and freight. Clear timelines prevent rushed decisions.
